(More customer reviews)This mount works as it should. No complaints. Fit's great with the Pyle PSTND2 speaker stand/tripod. At $8.99 it's a bargin considering how big it is. The ad picture is a bit deceiving; This thing is huge, so IMO, for $8.99, it's well worth it. I can see it going for more than $20, but I'm not complaining. I'm using mine with the Pyle PSTND2 tripod as a mount for my Epson 8100 projector. I'm really happy with this setup.

American Audio SPS1B Black Tri Pod Speaker Stand Review

(More customer reviews)I think this stand is a great value. I just want to add some notes that aren't in the product description. From the photo, it looks like there's a flange a few inches from the top. I imagined that maybe this was a reversible piece to handle 1-3/8" or 1-1/2" speakers, but no. This is a 1-3/8" speaker stand. The top part of the picture and the flange are the piece that you install into your speaker. It might just work as an adapter, but I can't say. The problem with that is that the flange and hat just rest on the stand by gravity. You're supposed to screw the flange into the speaker. My speaker is a heavy 44-pound amp, Behringer K900FX 90-Watt 3-Channel PA System, and it comes with a stand connector built-in to the bottom, so I don't use the flange at all.
