(More customer reviews)I am highly satisfied with the product and the seller. This is the second time I have ordred the same stylus on amazon. The first time was from a different seller, and though it was listed as a Shure it was in fact a generic stylus compatible with the Shure cartridge. This time the product is fine. The seller was easily reachable by telephone when I realized I had typed in the wrong street number for delivery. The product was sent out very quickly. The only reason I do not give five stars is that when no one was home to accept delivery at the delivery address, they charged an additional fee to deliver it to a work address.
