(More customer reviews)When I got these I was pleasantly surprised by both the sound quality and the overall build quality. Probably the best feeling and sounding cans you can get for this price. But after a month, the cable suddenly snapped right where the once-handy volume control was. I was very surprised how easily it severed right off. I then managed to pull off the other end of the volume control with disturbing ease. I can't just solder the wires together, because they do not pass a signal without the volume control, so the set was rendered useless. Huge bummer, because again, I really liked how these sounded. This is a relatively new model, and I was pretty generous with the star rating here, so maybe Pyle Pro can fix this problem soon. Don't buy these unless you're ready to be extremely careful with the volume control.
