(More customer reviews)Ok, here's the deal. It was the cheapest crossover I could find, so I bought it. I used 2 channels and it worked great. The only complaint is that it only has rca inputs/outputs. It's ok if you're dealing with home audio, but if you're like me and bought it to use with a PA system, you need 1/4" jacks. All rackmount equipment uses 1/4" or XLR. Because of this I went out and bought the 1/4" to rca adaptors and it worked.
The next problem I ran into was I wanted balanced inputs/outputs to make sure I had the least noise pollution/distortion added as possible. rca jacks are unbalanced.
I eventually came in contact with money for Guitar Center and got the Behringer Ultragraph Pro because I needed the graphic EQ and it also had a sub out. So it ended up replacing the Pyramid. Don't get me wrong, this is not a bad crossover I just upgraded.
The bottom line is: if you're not an audiophile and aren't building a super high quality PA system, get this. Don't let the name get to you.
