(More customer reviews)I purchased one of these amplifiers for a band to drive 2x15" 4-ohm speakers cabinets. I thought with the stated rating of 700w@4 ohms that they should have enough power to drive the cabinets with no problem. When I received the amp and hooked it up, I found that it had little/no output (my 100 watt reference amp was louder) from the 1/4" output and there was no output at all from the speakon outputs. I checked the amp with 2 different sets of 8-ohm speakers (behringer and peavey), different cables, and received the same results. Either I received a defective amp (likely) OR the manufacturer has GROSSLY overstated the ratings of the amp, in which case you would be much better off to buy another name-brand amp in lieu of this item.
