(More customer reviews)I am impressed with how strudy this product is and the way the 2 levels are made, and that alone warrants a 4-star review. However, here are some of the things I was less impressed with: (1) The packaging (seemed like I was sent a taped up box that had previously been opened). (2) The instructions (there were none! I had to watch online youtube videos for instructions on how to assemble it). (3) My laptop doesn't rest completely flat on the top level because the 2 top bars don't sit even. I might be my assembly, but I don't think so. Other than that, it's exactly what I wanted and expected.
