(More customer reviews)These KRK monitors are accurate on the low end, loud enough to mix with, and have adjustment options for tuning the high frequencies for the room you work in. I'm pleasantly surprised with how good they sound for the price, and I would definitely purchase them again. I use them for electronic music, and they work well both for listening and for producing.
As far as this specific package goes, the speaker stands are free, so it's tough to complain. But they are useless. They are just too flimsy to hold the 30lb monitors. They might work well for items that weren't quite so heavy. The XLR speaker cables were a nice addition, but my audio output is TRS so I'm not using them either. Overall I would definitely buy the monitors again, but I don't think I would get the package.
